Made with care in Austin, Texas. Peace, love and tacos!

Connected Heart Therapy was founded by Wendy Byrd and Robin Landers, two licensed therapists in Austin, Texas. After years in private practice, they know how complicated and overwhelming it can be to find the right therapist. They combined their practices and set out to find only the most caring, dedicated and accessible therapists to build the Connected Heart Therapy care team. Connected Heart Therapy combines the best of traditional and virtual therapy to make getting help easy and convenient so you can focus on what's really important: healing.

All Connected Heart therapists specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. This speciality can be hard to find, so we're thrilled to be able to offer it virtually. We're passionate about making EMDR accessible because of the powerful healing potential this type of therapy offers. Much research has been done on the effectiveness of EMDR, especially for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).
